We offer flexible scheduling, customizable cleaning plans, and secure payment options. Our services include, but are not limited to, deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks.

3. User Registration and Responsibilities

• To access certain features, you may need to register an account, providing accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only and not to misuse or interfere with our services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your property is accessible to our cleaners at the scheduled time.
• You must provide a safe working environment for our cleaners and disclose any hazards that could affect their health or safety.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

• All bookings must be made through The Cleener’s website (www.thecleener.com) or mobile app.
• Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online platform.
• Pricing is transparent and provided upfront based on the scope of work. Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur additional charges.
• Discounts and promotional offers are subject to change and may have specific terms and conditions.
• Late payments or non-payment may result in service cancellation, account suspension, or additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in full charge.
• Refunds are granted in cases where services are not delivered as promised, subject to our review. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completed service.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

6. Service Quality and Satisfaction
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly. We may offer re-cleaning services, partial refunds, or credits towards future bookings based on the nature of the complaint.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Cleener is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation of appliances, pre-existing structural issues, or defects in property maintenance.

8. Insurance and Safety
Our cleaners are insured and trained to handle your property with care. However, we recommend securing valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents during the cleaning process. The Cleener is not responsible for any pre-existing damages or damage to items that were improperly secured or maintained.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Modifications to Terms and Services

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our platform, and any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on The Cleener’s website and app are the property of The Cleener and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from The Cleener.

14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

15. Force Majeure
The Cleener is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, power outages, or governmental actions.
